Funding?
We provide service for clients privately. In most instances, our fees are paid by a government Support @ Home Package and the NDIS, and offer private service. Please contact us for rates. Approximately half of the work we do for our clients is 'behind the scenes', and includes: - Report writing - Travel - Assessment completion and documentation - Communication and team care with Client Representatives, Care Partners and Support Coordinators. Our client care pathway typically includes:
  • Initial assessment and goal setting (in your home)
  • Offsite service: Assessments, Assistive technology trial and quote sourcing, travel, Minor Home Modifications Works Request development and quote sourcing
  • Functional trials and prescription of Assistive Technology (in home, community settings or supplier showrooms)
  • On-site assessments for Minor Home Modifications (with partner agencies where required)
  • Writing of reports including Occupational Therapy Assessment and Recommendations reports, NDIS Assistive Technology and NDIS Minor Home Modifications Reports
